Sohee Park

Professional Bio

Sohee is a third-year doctoral student in the Developmental Psychology program working with Dr. Erika Lunkenheimer. Sohee received her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul, Korea. Her research interest is understanding how children interact with and are affected by their environment, especially in risky micro-environments. She is also focused on finding the factors that lead to long-term functional differences in children with similar adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) within the developmental psychopathological framework. Currently, Sohee is eager to explore the intergenerational transmission of risks, based on physiological and genetic transmission processes.
